We are an award winning craft beer gastropub looking for a sous chef to join our team. Previous experience in gastropub environment is preferred and a good level of spoken English is essential. Our menu changes weekly and we prepare everything in house.
As sous chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, this means you will need to be comfortable taking control of ordering and stocks, and managing all health and safety aspects of the kitchen, as well as opening and closing. This role would suit someone who has experience and wants to learn more and move up to the next level. We are part of a great company with the opportunity for progression.
