We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in Blighty UK Cafe, Finsbury Park.
Blighty UK opened 4 years ago and we are famous for our delicious and generous full English breakfasts, speciality coffee and community spirit. Our second branch - Blighty India - opened in Tottenham in 2021.
This is a great opportunity for someone to express themselves creatively and to grow in experience.
Working alongside a dedicated team of professionals you will support the Head Chef and also run the kitchen yourself when he is absent.
Key areas of responsibility:
● To support the Head Chef and the Head of Blighty UK at all times
● To serve delicious, fresh food at a consistently great level
● To help take the Blighty brand to the next level in terms of revenue received
● To get to know our customers and create a warm friendly atmosphere
● To maintain highest standards of hygiene and safety
Qualifications/Skills:
● Proven culinary experience
