Strada Italian restaurant at Covent Garden have a role for a great future leader - Sous Chef.
We are a casual dining restaurant serving seasonal, fresh produce cooked to order lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Extensive previous experience with fresh food from a great high street brand are desired. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential and you will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities would be work closely with head chef:
Monitor, control, order of food stock appropriate to sales levels and keep within budgets set for ordering
Controls wastage and records
Implement and ensure the company Health and Safety Policy is met at all times
