We are looking for chefs who have a genuine passion for producing good quality food. Someone who delivers day in and day out and is prepared to get Stuck in and work within the team. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in all duties, be involved with stock and rotas when the Head Chef is absent, prepare cook and present our menu to high standards every time and comply with hygiene, food safety and health and safety rules.

We’re looking for:
• experience as a Chef previously
• experience with stock control and invoices
• experience managing Food Safety/Health and Safety
• Ideally you will come from a high street restaurant background or similar
• You will be fully eligible to work in the UK
