FHG are working with a national contract caterer to recruit a Sous Chef for a site in the City of London.
The contract caterer has built a strong reputation for innovative food and great service and is looking for a Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef to drive the business through creative offers and staff development.
The site is a mix of staff restaurant, catering for 1000 people on site and extensive hospitality in the form of buffets, canapes and working lunches.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen alongsied the Head Chef overseeing a brigade of 6.
Menu development is a key component of the role and Sous Chefs should be able to demonstrate creativity and innovation in both the staff restaurant and hospitality kitchens.
Sous Chefs should have a proven track record of success in similar establishments with creative flair and the ability to lead a team.

Salary: circa £28k
Hours: Monday to Friday
