Sous chef/ kitchen supervisor

We are currently looking for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Group Executive Chef in running the kitchen operations for Salvador and Amanda, a Spanish Bar, Restaurant and Club based in Covent Garden. Salvador and Amanda is part of a boutique bar group consisting of 7 venues based in and around Covent Garden, Soho and Fitzrovia.

Part of your responsibilities as a Sous Chef will be helping the Group Executive Chef maintain budgeted General Practitioner , placing of orders, set up and prepping, food safety and health and safety, as well driving standards and training and developing a small team of CDPs.

Ideally you will have some experience in Spanish cuisine / tapas but this is not essential. Training and opportunity to progress quickly within a growing company. Pay rate dependable on experience.
