What we are looking for:
·A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
·Comfortable and confident about cooking
·Be able to assist the head chef in all aspects of food production, running/training the kitchen team and meeting food hygiene standards.
·A passion for food and consistent execution of all dishes.
·Organised and able to deliver a reliable and high standard food service.
·Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Assist the Head Chef in meeting and exceeding the companies Food General Practitioner budget.

What we need from you:
Positive attitude.
You’re reliable and turn up on time, clean and tidy and in a good mood.
You’ve worked as a sous chef previously or as chef de partie.
