This is a London based, quality all day dining operation, with high quality food and wine who focus on using exceptional British produce with European cooking techniques. As Sous Chef you will be part of an independent, growing business with strong people focus and values on the environment and community.
If you are:

Passionate Jr Sous or Sous Chef with solid experience in a high volume restaurant or gastro pub.
Enthusiastic and reliable
Able to lead a team and assist in their development.
An excellent communicator that can work in busy fast paced environment.
Full of energy to deliver incredible and consistent service in a high quality environment.
