We are looking for a sous chef to help run the Kitchen.
You will help with the day to day stuff like HACCP, menus and service. There is massive scope for the right person to move up to a head chef position if they do well.
It will be around 50 hours a week.
We are in an office environment so tend to be busiest Monday - Friday lunch times. And tend to finish before 10 in the evenings.
