Sous Chef – Exclusive Members Club, Closed Sundays – London £35k Sous chef salary is £32,000 plus performance related bonus of 3k Our Client is looking to recruit a Sous chef who is hands on and can work closely with the executive and head Chef for their kitchen operation that has a modern British brasserie restaurant and events, based on the classics and taking influences from Europe and Asia The role includes assisting the Head Chef in all Kitchen operations and ensuring food preparation, production, quality and presentation is maintained You will help lead a team of 7 chefs as Sous chef offering modern British cuisine and the Club is open Monday to Friday for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner, Dinner only on Saturdays, closed Sundays and Bank Holidays and Christmas The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate;

Excellent people skills
Passion about food and customer service
Superb culinary skills cooking to a minimum of 2AA rosettes.
High standards and be quality driven
Good organisational and communication skills.
Great team player
experience with food, staff costings and hitting sales targets.
A good command of the English Language including writing You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
