Sous Chef Required in London

Full Time Sous Chef needed for a lovely pub in Borough. The Roebuck is part small family of independent pubs around South London, offering great food and drink, a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.

A friendly work environment
45 Hours per week on average

What we are looking for

A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
experience in a similar environment
experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Senior Chef de Partie level or above.
The ability to run the pass on busy shifts.
Exceptional eye for detail
Very high standards
Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
