Due to expansion and promotion, we are looking for a number of passionate, experienced and hardworking Full-Time Sous Chefs to join our teams at Bone Daddies London.

Beginning with our Peter Street venue, the original Bone Daddies was launched as a simple Ramen Bar.  Crowded and loud, it continues to serve our signature Bone Daddies noodles.  Deceptively quick to serve and eat, these complex, great tasting bowls of ramen involve many hours of preparation, from boiling bones into creamy, flavorsome broths to cutting our vegetables by hand to ensure the best, hand-crafted quality.

No experience with Japanese ingredients is necessary, but you must be interested in applying your skills and have a keen interest in quality fresh ingredients.

As Sous Chef, you will have built your career within a fresh food and quality driven environment, equipped with the skills to run a high-volume, productive and profitable kitchen. We are very proud of the quality of our products, using only the best ingredients available, and are looking for a Sous Chef who will share our passion.

As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in driving the business forward using your experience and assist in creating an exciting and continuously changing menu while controlling costs. Constantly build, motivate and develop your team to ensure onsite motivation and engagement.
You will have an eye for detail, strong Food Safety, and Health and Safety understanding to ensure adherence at all times.
