The role
We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our busy site in Peckham.  Varied experience in a commercial kitchen (preferably including pizza) is absolutely essential, plus extensive knowledge of ordering, margins and GPs and food hygiene. You will be leading very busy shifts in a dynamic casual dining environment. In case of no previous pizza experience, training will be provided for the right candidate.
