We currently have an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at The World's End Market. We are looking for someone who takes pride in giving the highest level of service and works quickly and professionally.
The ideal candidate:
Have at least 2 years experience as a Sous Chef.
Be experienced with ordering, stock rotation, HACCP.
Be prompt and punctual, and be able to manage their time well.
Be able to work evenings and weekends
Key responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to company standards.
Managing the service in the Head Chef's absence.
Assist in the training junior chefs.
Assisting the Head Chef with ordering, stock takes, HACCP.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
