The Jolly Gardeners Earlsfield is currently looking for a new Sous Chef. We are a busy, neighbourhood gastropub and garden with a strong local reputation for good food and service.
The candidate will be working closely with our Head Chef on menu development and helping ensure the maintenance of our high standards not only with food service but with health and hygiene and with stock ordering. Previous gastropub experience would be helpful but not essential.
Salary on offer is £10.50/hour plus an incentivised bonus scheme, is based on approximately 45 hours per week and is paid fortnightly.
