Experienced Sous Chef required 5 Days per week, Wed ,Thursday, Fri,3:30pm to10.30 Saturday 12midday to 9.30pm, Sun 11am to 8:30pm,Ten minute walk from Kennington tube.Key Skills;Able to work under pressure and still produce high quality food. Good communication skills and be a team player. Must have Knowledge of allergens. Duties Include;Assisting the Head Chef on the efficient running of the Kitchen. Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a time frame. Take pride in keeping the kitchen organised and clean. Follow instruction from Head Chef to complete daily tasks. Wages £400 gross per week, Free food while working.
