Sous Chef Required in London

Full Time Sous Chef needed for a lovely pub in Borough. The Roebuck is part small family of independent pubs around South London, offering great food and drink, a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.
What we can offer
-The ability to work with fresh food daily and put your stamp on things.
-Innovative and seasonal menu.
-High quality throughout with a distinctly British flavour.
-45 Hours per week on average

What we are looking for

-A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
-experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Senior Chef de Partie level or above.
-The ability to run the pass on busy shifts.
-Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
-Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
