We are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef to be part of a new team at our exciting restaurant opening in Marylebone.
Delamina will be the second restaurant in our group and sister restaurant to the successful Strut and Cluck in Shoreditch. The restaurant will seat 80-covers over two floors and will offer a family feel, relaxed lunch, dinner and brunch concept, serving a range of freshly prepared Eastern Mediterranean fusion dishes.
As sous chef you will have strong grasp of kitchen management - we are looking for a sous chef with a full understanding of current Health and Safety procedures as well as Allergen and COSHH paperwork - this is an essential requirement.
We require a Sous Chef with a passion for fresh food as we develop and create all dishes on site. The Successful Sous Chef will get a chance to work alongside our owner and Head Chef to plan future menus and develop new dishes.
Working within our team you will be afforded many perks offered to all our staff - these include pension contribution, a free meal whilst on duty as well as staff events and friends and family discounts within our restaurants.
This will be a 7 day operation. Midweek services will cover lunch and dinner, with the addition of brunch on weekends. The successful sous chef will be contracted for 48 hours per week.
