Sous Chef - 2AA French Bistro - City - 30,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Sous Chef Establishment: Classical 2AA French Bistro Average Covers: 40 lunch and 100 for dinner Cuisine: modern French, Brigade: 5 + in Kitchen brigade Location: Farringdon (Metropolitan, East London and Hammersmith and City Lines)Salary: 30,000k per annum Shifts: 7 shifts per week (50 hrs per week)Last orders: 11:00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Sous Chef who can assist in running this award winning restaurant* Previous experience working with French cuisine is essential.* A proven track record working within renowned restaurants or luxury hotels.* A sous Chef who is qualified in food preparation and cooking.* Previous experience in costing, recruiting, menu planning and training of junior members.* An influential leader who can guide junior members within the kitchen.* A Sous Chef who is creative, passionate and can work well under pressure.
