Sous Chef - Pan Asian Vegan Styled Juice Bar / Restaurant - W11 - London - to £26,000 per year
Sous Chef wanted for a Pan Asian Juice Bar and Restaurant based near Notting Hill - W11 - London. The business offers a fantastic range of natural fresh juices and an Asian/Japanese inspired menu that includes Sushi, Asian Salads, Brunches and more.
The business is established, enjoys fantastic reviews and offers good career development opportunities. We are looking for a Sous Chef to help support the Head Chef in service and also to help with menu creation and kitchen management. Full training can be given for the management element such as ordering, health and safety management etc, so what we are looking for is someone with a keen passion for working with Fresh ingredients, ideally some one with a passion for nutrition, vegan and raw style cooking. experience with Pan Asian style cooking would be advantageous but is not essential. The ideal candidate may come from an existing Chef de Partie position and be looking for his/her first Sous Chef position.
Hours are 40 per week, 2 days off
Salary is paid hourly between £9.50 and £12.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience. These figure equate to salary of £19,500 to £26,000 per annum.
