If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
 experience as a chef in a high volume restaurant;
 A hands-on approach to your work;
 Previous experience leading a team and proven leadership and training skills;
 A passion for food and delivering high quality dishes;
 Working knowledge of stock and margin controls, ordering systems and health
and safety;
 Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
