Experienced site manager with proven track record working for leading main contractors undertaking refurbishment projects to hospitals, schools, retail and offices with experience also of new build housing schemes for housing associations. Project value range £250,000 to £5M Projects generally in London but always within the M25. Needs to have current First Aid, CSCS, SMSTS as a minimum.
