About the role
As a new Security Officer, you’ll work keeping people safe and supporting the wider security function. It’s about being proactive, helping prevent crime and issues before they happen, acting with integrity at all times. It’s a unique challenge, and with our training, you will be prepared by gaining the skills and knowledge to succeed.
We work with some of the biggest organisations in London and the United Kingdom £8.50 - £14.00 per hour. As a security operative, you can progress on to roles such as team leading and management, as you build up your skills and experience.
Our Security training is world class. You do not need experience, from the moment you join our specialist training, you’ll receive the guidance needed to enhance your skills and experience to become a professional Security Officer. This includes a 7-week training course before you start paid employment. This will give you the chance to enjoy a rewarding career with progression opportunities.
In addition, for those not already licenced by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), free SIA licence training is available, successful individuals can also have their SIA licences paid for.
Selected candidates will be given training in our Specialist Security Training Academy which will include:

Improvised Explosive Device Awareness
Searching People, Property and Vehicles
Terrorism Awareness
Handcuffing Awareness
Team Leading
Conflict Management
First Aid Awareness
Fire Awareness
Customer Service
Security / SIA Door Supervision Training
