We are currently looking for an SIA licensed security officer to join our team at a prestigious residential Estate in South West London.
The work will be Full time but hours may vary. Shifts are 19:00-07:00 Monday-Sunday.
This role requires you to:
Carry out site patrols using patrol device
Report maintenance issues
Receive and react to residents complaints or reports out of management working hours
Fill out an occurrence log on each shift
Issuing parking notices
Monitor CCTV
Maintain the security of the residents and their property
You must be confident, articulate and able to communicate well, both written and verbally.
You will need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with residents to ensure a complete service and satisfactory experience is provided.
Own transport is preferred due to lack of Public transport available.
To be considered, you must have:
- An SIA security licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
