Here at Ben’s Canteen, we are looking for a Sous chef – with ambitions!
This young (5 years ) dynamic company based in Battersea and Earlsfield is kicking goals. And we've recently opened our second Canteen in Earlsfield and now we are expending again.
We are looking for another strong so Sous chef.
Package circa 27k
We’re busy, queues out the door on the weekend kinda busy.
Our Ops Manager is looking for someone who:
Is in possession of a positive attitude
Has food skills to lead from the front - using fresh produce being our number one skill
Can follow company spec and guidelines – while maintaining individuality
Can work when necessary – weekends are a must
Has knives – and the skill to use them properly
An excellent command of the English language
An eye for food cost/General Practitioner – some basic spreadsheet work will be necessary
Food safety knowledge
