You’ll have at least a year’s experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous, cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out. Cooking skills and product knowledge are massively important, but our best senior chefs are also consistent, reliable, willing to learn and adapt to different ways of working. You’ll be comfortable taking responsibility for leading, developing and inspiring your team, and for all of the processes in your kitchen including stock, operations and General Practitioner.
