SENIOR SOUS CHEF – NEW OPENING – Award winning restaurant company.
We are looking to create an awesome team for our exciting and highly anticipated new opening in Belgravia, Eccleston Yards.
This bright and beautiful restaurant is on one floor and opens onto a large South facing terrace.

We need a strong sous to join our team with a passion for the fresh, modern British food and the highest standards. Everything on our meat focused menus is prepared in house, and daily changing specials give the opportunity to have a real input into our offerings.
Our relationship with some of the best meat, fish and vegetable producers and suppliers is a key part of our philosophy, and we are fully committed to sustainability.
Working closely with our newly appointed Exec Head Chef, you need to be capable of taking charge of a team of 8, maintaining standards, developing the junior chefs, and directly influencing our changing menus by presenting fully costed dishes to the Exec Chef and senior team. We are a growing company so there are excellent opportunities for fast career development.

This is a well paid, 48 hr per week position, with paid overtime.
