We are looking for a driven Senior Sous Chef to join our busy Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon team and be part of something special.
Working closely with the Head Chef this role will see the chosen Senior Sous Chef leading a large team to produce high quality food, using only the finest ingredients.
You will also be responsible for stock ordering and rotation as well as assisting where needed during busy periods.
The successful Senior Sous Chef will ideally have spent over two years in a high volume quality establishment, ideally hold a Food Safety Level 3 certificate, be extremely passionate about luxury food products and have the drive to succeed in a sometimes demanding environment. You will also have experience in afternoon tea but competent in all sections.
