Senior Sous Chef - Pan Asian Vegan Styled Juice Bar / Restaurant - W11 - London - to £30,000
Senior Sous Chef wanted for a Pan Asian Juice Bar and Restaurant based near Notting Hill - W11 - London. The business offers a fantastic range of natural fresh juices and an Asian/Japanese inspired menu that includes Sushi, Asian Salads, Brunches and more.
The business is established, enjoys fantastic reviews and offers good career development opportunities. We are looking for a Sous Chef with view to promotion to Head Chef. It is essential that you have Vegan and Vegetarian experience, that you have a passion for working with fresh ingredients, ideally someone with a passion for nutrition and raw style cooking. experience with Pan Asian style cooking would be advantageous but is not essential.
Hours are 40 per week, 2 days off
Salary is paid hourly between to £30,000 per year negotiable.
