An all day Brasserie part of a group. We are seeking an experienced and high energy Chef , with minimum 2 years experience as a Senior sous or head chef. Must be technically skilled , be able to work both individually as well as with in a larger team.
We are looking for creativity, leadership, team building and hard working individual, looking for a challenge to create a new concept. A love for cuisine.
