As Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for leading the recruitment activity in one of our flagship London branches and support contract mobilisations across the London region. Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager and working alongside the other Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for the identification and attraction of candidates for the branch.As an experienced recruiter you will have worked as an Agency Recruiter or Internal Recruiter dealing with high volume recruitment ideally with exposure to the Healthcare sector delivering circa 30-40 new recruits a month.As a Senior Recruiter in one of our flagship branches you will need to be constantly on the ball managing the candidate pipeline to ensure that growth targets are met and planned headcount is achieved.
