We wish to recruit a talented and strong Snr Chef de partie looking to progress their career with an opportunity in the future to 'graduate' to sous chef.
You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work and communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment. Previous experience working in a similar high end, fast pace kitchen environment will be an advantage.
You need to be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of your team, have a passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards with the knowledge of food hygiene and the ability share it.
