Peabody has an exciting opportuniy for a Senior L and D; Business Partner to join our team based in Waterloo. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £55,000- £60,000 per annum.

The Senior L and D; Business Partner role:
To support the fulfilment off the L and OD; vision of creating a learning culture, through the development and delivery of the L and OD; strategy. Leading a team of business partners to provide an integrated L and D; service aligned to business objectives.
Key responsibilities as the Senior L and D; Business Partner:
- Lead and develop the Learning Business Partnering team and support the Head of Service in raising the professionalism of the function by setting standards, providing coaching and feedback.
- Work closely with the Head of Service and the L and D; Solutions Manager to implement the L and OD; strategy.
- Operate as a pro-active and trusted Business Partner to the business functions, helping to shape and scope business initiatives and strategy from a L and OD; perspective.
- To be accountable for identifying and prioritising demand for learning and development services within the business function(s), working closely with the business partners to formulate training budgets and delivery plans.
- Manage and monitor the training budget
Knowledge/skills/experience required by the Senior L and D; Business Partner:
- Previous experience of leading and developing an L and D; team.
- experience of having worked in a Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of building and managing effective relationships with leaders, peers, colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and working knowledge of the full learning cycle.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations to a senior audience.
- Ability to interpret data, translate observations and learning into actionable recommendations and produce analytical reports.
- Educated to degree level and/or relevant training experience.
- CIPD qualified
