We are a family run Italian restaurant looking for an experienced second chef to join our kitchen. As a junior Sous chef you will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing the menu as well as the management of the kitchen. You will be able to run every section in the kitchen with a focus on pasta. You must have experience in an Italian kitchen, be flexible reliable and hard working.
Previous job references are required.
