Sales Negotiator
£25,000 To £35,000 PLUS bonus and generous uncapped commission structure £50,000 OTE.

We are looking for a driven, ambitious and charismatic Sales Negotiator to join our very established team. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for actively canvassing and finding vendors and then successfully marketing these properties and being able to follow through on the sales process till completion. We are looking for a confident and articulate communicator who is able to build effective relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and brokers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable estate agency sales experience.
Job Description:
• Actively seeking out and attracting new vendors and landlords.
• Finding buyers for properties for sale
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Answer calls and deal with administration and marketing.
• Registering applicants and identifying their needs/requirements.
• Arranging and attending viewings, fully prepared to answer any questions relating to the property.
• Negotiating offers, achieving the best price for the property.
• Guiding vendors/landlords and buyers/tenants through the sales or letting process.
• Understanding the roles and and being able to liaise with solicitors and brokers.
• Provide exceptional client service
Person Specification:
To be considered for the Sales/Lettings Negotiator role you must have previous experience in a similar role. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in an estate agency sales role.
• Demonstrable successful sales skills and experience.
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Target driven with a strong desire to succeed and able to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to control negotiations
• Strong work ethic
