Sales Manager - Portfolio Buyer Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Portfolio Buyer / OTE £60k / Revenue / Yield Management Sales Manager with experience in sales / business development is needed for our client, the market leader in the field of optimisation of online revenues for hotels and accommodation providers to be based in their London office. This Swiss company also has offices in Barcelona, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Innsbruck, Paris, Olten, Salzburg and Vienna, and plans further openings in major cities across Europe and beyond. In keeping with their expansion plans, they are looking to recruit an additional Sales Manager / Portfolio Buyer for immediate start or in the near future for their new markets in the UK.Duties: * Outbound cold calls for acquiring new customers and agreeing appointments at management level * Coordinate and carry out your own appointments in the designated area * Negotiation and drafting of contracts * Consistent follow-up * Independent planning and execution of individual sales activities * Establish personal contacts with multipliers and decision-makers * Participation in events, trade fairs, networking events and sales trips to present the company Skills / experience: * 3-5 years' sales or business development experience * Basic knowledge of Revenue and Yield Management * Good selling technique and strong business acumen * Excellent communication skills and well mannered * Target orientated and have a desire to succeed * You want to receive recognition and fair financial reward for your knowledge and expertise * Ability to take responsibility for own actions, goal setting and operating methods * Successfully completed training in the hospitality industry * Creative, organised, flexible and prepared to travel * Good presentation skills and taking pride in your presentation and appearance * Good knowledge of German or other languages are an advantage * Enjoy working with clients as well as your international colleagues Benefits: * Competitive salary, negotiable with excellent bonus scheme * OTE £60,000 * Excellent working environment * Opportunity to relocate nationally and internationally * Opportunity to join a team that have a common focus of the success of the company and its further expansion Please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
