Job Description
Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Office Manager
Based at: Commercial Trade Service Group Ltd, East London
Job purpose:
Your working day is spent on the phone making outgoing calls based on a script: During each phone call, you’re required to:
1. Describe the services the company offer and any special offers.
2. Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
3. Persuade customers to take out maintenance contracts
4. Gather and document information about the customer
5. Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.
6. The work is fast paced and intense, and you have only a short amount of time to build rapport with customers and explain the features and benefits of the product.
7. You will work in an open plan office, with sectioned workstation containing a computer and telephone headset.
8. You are required to make 200 – 250 calls a day
Skills and Interests
To be a telesales operator you’ll need:
1. Excellent communication and listening skills
2. A polite, confident and friendly manner
3. Initiative
4. Confidence using computers
5. To enjoy working with customers and building relationships
6. A positive attitude
7. Flexibility and quick thinking
8. Perseverance and the ability to respect customers answers
9. Good knowledge about all the company’s products services
10. To be well organized and thorough, even under pressure
11. To enjoy working within a target driven team environment.
Offer
Full Time Position
Monday to Friday
Time: 8am to 5pm with 1 hours lunch unpaid
£8:00 - per hour 40 hrs a week Plus Commission.
