We are looking for Sales Executive for our venue The Willows, located in Hainault and set in 18 acres of pure Essex lavish countryside, The Willows is the perfect destination for wedding celebrations.
The venue is adaptable and can cater for small gatherings or celebrations for up to 800 guests, whether your event ranges from weddings and parties to conferences, promotional days or team building events, we can provide you with a beautiful suite and grounds.
Salary: £8.50 per hour. After probationary period a bonus performance will be added.
Key responsibilities:
General
Working with the sales team to Qualify leads and follow up to the point of completion.
Cold calling of prospect database to identify new business opportunities.
Record all outcomes and actions from calls in the CRM system.
Conducting show rounds
Communicating with clients and suppliers
Cleanse obsolete data entries and replace with relevant contact information.
Work with CRM administrators to maintain and improve data within the CRM system.
Person specification:
experience and Knowledge – Essential
experience working in outbound and inbound sales (high volume environment)
experience of working with varying amounts of data (Excel etc.)
Un-phased by cold calling
Working in KPI driven environment
Skills - Essential
Excellent communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Attention to detail – ability to identify data gaps.
Excellent work ethic
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to make decisions based on set criteria.
Skills - Desirable
experience working with CRM
Process improvement experience
Personal Qualities - Essential
Motivated, confident and enthusiastic
Passion for learning new processes and improving them.
Ability and willingness to deliver high activity.
