We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented sales executive to join our EPIC sales team at The Adventure Bar Group.
The Adventure Bar Group is a company hell bent on providing the people of London with the ultimate party experience. We pride ourselves on our atmosphere, our drinks and our outstanding service. We are looking to evolve our sites and start a new chapter in the Adventure journey, which started 13 years ago on a shoe string budget and now has 7 bars going strong. Our bars comprise of the Adventure Bars, Tonight Josephine, Bar Elba, The Escapologist and Waikiki.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who is willing to go the extra mile and become part of our hard working, passionate and sometimes crazy Adventure team.
The Role:
·Achieving sales targets for your venue
·Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
·Maximize profit on bookings and up-selling at every opportunity.
·Conducting guest show rounds and corporate showcases.
·Building and maintaining strong corporate relationships to obtain repeat business.
·Arrange and conduct corporate meeting to promote the venue.
·Cold calling
·To proactively develop core and corporate business.
The ideal candidate will be:
·Confident and Motivated
·A team player with the ability to work independently.
·Efficient and highly organised
·Target driven
Skills required:
·Previous proactive sales experience preferred but not essential.
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
