Sales Executive / Lead Generator and Appointment Setter Telemarketing Consultant that has excellent communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner is required for a well-established commercial property Company based in Farringdon, London EC1 (5 minutes from Farringdon Station)
BASIC SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
YEAR 1 OTE: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (includes basic salary)
YEAR 2 OTE: £50,000 + per annum (includes basic salary)
Commission payments structure
You will get paid for appointments / leads, PLUS commission on deals closed.
LOCATION: Farringdon, London EC1 (5 minutes from Farringdon Station)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Lead Generator and Appointment Setter Telemarketing Consultant that has excellent communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
Working as the Sales Executive / Lead Generator and Appointment Setter Telemarketing Consultant you will join the Company’s expanding team of professionals who specialise in the brokering of commercial property and refurbishment services across the whole of the UK.
The Company has a 3rd Party Supplier that identifies business prospects that may be looking to relocate to new offices. As the Sales Executive / Lead Generator and Appointment Setter Telemarketing Consultant your job will be to contact these business prospects by telephone to confirm if they are moving offices. If they are moving offices, you will then pass the lead onto the Inbound Sales Team to follow up. The Company will pay you for passing the lead on and if the lead turns into a deal, you’ll receive an extra commission payment.

Ideal candidate requirements

Candidates with experience of outbound telesales.

Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone and develop relationships.

Candidates who are target and / or money driven.

Basic computer knowledge

Well-spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English.
