Inbound Telesales Executive - Home Insurance Inbound Telesales Executive / Telesales Executive / Telemarketing / Sales / Business Development / Customer Service / Contact Centre / Insurance / Inbound Inbound Telesales Executive is needed for our client, an award winning home insurance company based in their contact centre in Kingston. They're a unique, small team of just over 100, so it's still a tight-knit group of people. Their vision is to be a Simpler, Smarter business for customers. They're all connected by their passion to deliver the very best service for their customers. They have been recognised for their achievements in the past with lots of awards, and they want to keep on winning and re-defining the way that customers buy insurance. This role is based in their sales team. Working in a fast-paced environment where change happens regularly is part and parcel of the business. But there is also lots of opportunity to enjoy your time outside of work. They're lucky enough to be based in the centre of a triangle, with Kingston riverside on one border, the buzzing marketplace selling street food on another and all the shops you could possibly want on the final boundary! With great train and bus routes all over town, and they can't imagine a better location. About the role:The customer operations teams are critical to the business. They're developing a home insurance proposition that's designed around their customers and making their experience of insurance simpler and smarter, and you'll be the first point of contact for every one of them. Depending on which team you join, you'll be involved in activities ranging from selling their products (but only to interested customers, no cold calling), to updating policies when circumstances change, to helping customers when they're going through a tough time and need to make a claim.You should apply if you: * Want a challenging job, where every day is a bit different * Know what great customer service looks like, and aim to deliver the same service to all customers, even the demanding ones * Are great at explaining things to people and have flawless written English too * Enjoy investigating awkward problems, getting to the root cause and fixing them * Are friendly and positive, even when the skies are grey outside! * Are a good listener * Worked hard at school - you don't need lots of high grades (5 + GCSE/O-level passes), but their roles are challenging and there's lots to learn, so you've got to be prepared to put in the work whilst you're training * Have a natural ability to explain complex subjects in straightforward and simple language that everyone understands * Are proactive and punctual * Want to work for a company that helps people * Are comfortable working shifts (and occasional Saturday mornings)For the sales team, you must also: * Love being set targets and always aim to exceed them * Get excited by the opportunity to debate topics and convince others of your perspective Salary: £18,000 + monthly commission.
