The job - talking to consumers about completing a compensation form they have requested (warm leads) which may entitle them to a refund from their bank or loan provider.
We work within compliance guidelines and ensure that all customer contact information is recorded and logged on our contact management system.
Key Attributes:
• experience of outbound telephone sales experience preferred (If you don’t have experience then training and support is provided but you must have ambition to succeed)
• Confident, authoritative and persuasive on the phone
• Target driven and wants to make money
• Positive and outgoing attitude
