Sales Assistant for Sports Retail
Here at FITCO we are always looking for retail team members who are sports enthusiasts to maintain high standards of customer service, be sales driven and maintain a good knowledge of products and services.
We are looking for people that are dedicated, flexible and keen to be part of a growing sports retail business.
Key responsibilities
•Work unmanaged and on own initiative
•Proactive interaction with customers actively ensuring sales and service levels are maximised
•Store Opening and Closing
•Use own initiative especially when working alone to maximize coverage and sale
•Ensure that the merchandising of the shop including displays, POS etc are to a high standard at all times as per instruction from the Store Manager
•Responsible when on shift for maintaining high standards within the branch to include cleanliness of all areas and the tidiness and organisation of the stock room
•Process all sales through branch till including cashing up (in the absence of the Store Manager), according to operating procedures
•Achieve a high standard of Customer Service
•Be flexible with hours. Store opening hours 9am-8pm. Shifts to include mornings/evenings weekends and bank holidays
•Due to the location of this store it is advisable to have your transport
