We are looking for an energetic and motivated 'Apple Mac Technician / Sales Assistant' to work as a part of the store team.
You will need to be experienced as this role requires you to provide repairs to Apple computers, iPads and iPhones. You will be working with guidance and support from an experienced Management Team. You will also be required to sign off repair work and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a number of tasks which include but are not limited to:

·       Serve customers to understand how best we can help them.
·       Review, check and sign off repairs done by other repair technicians.
·       Ensure there is a Quality Control on all repairs.
·       Complete repairs that comply with procedures for for Apple computers e.g. Logic board replacement and screen replacement.
·       Complete repairs on iPhones and iPads that comply with Health and Safety procedure e.g. Screen and case replacement.
·       Issue and record sales and repair invoices.
·       Check delivery and track and record stock.

Knowledge, Skills and experience

·       Confident using Apple products
·       A Good knowledge of Apple Mac Model Range, Common faults.
·       Fluent English is a requirement
·       Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
·       Positive Can-do attitude
·       experience repairing PCs, Macs, mobiles or tablets.
·       A full driving license and use of a vehicle would be desirable, however not essential.
