About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in retail and passionate about giving the best customer service. Working closely with Manager the candidate will be responsible for:
- meeting daily, weekly, monthly sales targets, maximizing sales at every opportunity
-Serving customers, picking stock, checking that the customer has the correct items and accurately completing monetary transactions
-Offering alternatives where appropriate, to fulfill customer selection
- working on own initiative and demonstrating a committed and flexible approach, supporting Management team with daily duties
-Adhering to company processes and procedures
- ensuring that standards of service consistently exceed customer expectations.
-Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, carrying out all tasks in timely manner and up to company standards
This position is part time (rotas include both Saturday and Sunday shifts 9.45am-6.30pm), with extra hours during busy periods and holidays, you will be required to work at both of our Central London branches.
Pay meets National Minimum Wage.
