Theatre Tickets Direct are currently looking for a full time sales assistant to join their team in London Park Royal. The role includes taking telephone bookings, dealing with client queries, processing online orders, all using our in-house database. It is a demanding role, which due to enormous amount of pricing structures, requires excellent maths skills, fast thinking, intelligence, memory and common sense.
Requirements:
-excellent English (speaking, writing, spelling, grammar) and telephone manner
-excellent maths skills, intelligence, memory and common sense, ability to learn and think fast
-ability to multi task in a fast-paced and high pressure environment -good and fast computer skills (esp. Word, Outlook)
-ability to work and find solutions on your own
-dedication and flexibility to work overtime at short notice and shifts are essential (you have to be available to work 6 days on a Rota basis - different shifts Mon- Saturday 9am-8pm)
-punctuality and excellent attendance is a must -you must be able to commit to at least 1 year.
