Food Republic are an expanding independent food service company based in South West London. We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is customer focused and driven in their aim to succeed, able to demonstrate their ability to build relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
Our Sales Admin and Customer Service team are responsible for handling all aspects of communication with our customers. This will include order processing, answering customer queries, giving product advice and responding to complaints.
The team are also responsible for developing sales through our existing customer base therefore some knowledge of wholesale and/or catering, together with a background in sales would be an advantage.

Your Main Duties will be:
•Maintain excellent customer service, processing sales invoices quickly, accurately and efficiently.

•Interact with customers via phone and input orders to the system for collection and delivery.

•Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to increase sales and growth of existing accounts.

•To manage the retention of “lost” customers who have not bought for a set number days/weeks.
•Fully resolve all customer issues and ensure effective communication with customers and internally to the rest of the business.
•Contributing to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business.
•Work cross functionally with other departments.
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
•Develop sound knowledge of customer’s needs and competitors activity.
