Sales Administrator – Glass and Fusion Ltd- Hayes.
£85 Per day – 6 days a week

IMMEDIATE START. Two months probation period.
We are an expanding limited company specialising in the fabrication and installation of stone and glass kitchen worktops and wall coverings. Operating from our office showroom we provide a range of bespoke products to private and commercial customers.
We are seeking a pro-active, confident, flexible and experienced sales administrator to join our team. The main duties for this role include but are not limited to:
· Assisting with all sales administration - order processing, quote configurations, queries etc.
· Processing product orders.
· Liaising with designers and suppliers regarding order details.
· Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
· Developing and communicating monthly sales reports.
· Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
· Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails and phone calls.
· Following up on leads, contacting potential customers.
· Other general office duties as required.
Requirements for the role:
· High organisational skills and ability to manage numerous projects at the same time.
· Ability to prioritise own workload and work to strict deadlines.
· Strong communication skills.
· Well versed in IT skills Microsoft Office, PhotoShop.
· Must be detail oriented.
· A team player with high level of dedication.
· An administrative or sales background.
· Accounting or Marketing experience is a bonus.
