Sales Administrator Vacancy in London

We are a very busy interior shutter company, who are seeking good capable people with a can do attitude to be part of a thriving fun organisation.
Job role includes, but is not limited to:-

Diary management – organising survey visits.
Covering all business correspondence with retail clients.
Answering the telephone  - good telephone manner expected.
Responding to emails – good written manner.
Quoting
Taking orders
Providing general information and responding to queries on quotes and orders.
Responding to website queries
Having a good knowledge of the products
Supporting the sales team in achieve targets.
Meeting potential clients in our showroom.
Following up on all quotes/correspondence as necessary.

We are a very busy interior shutter company, who are seeking good capable people with a can do attitude to be part of a thriving fun organisation.
Hours would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9-6 and Thursdays 11-8 with a view that possibly Saturdays may be required in the future – If this is the case the same amount of hours would be worked per week.
Salary circa 20-22K + depending on experience.
