Title: Room Manager – Preschool Room
We are currently recruiting for a Room Manager based in Croydon.
The Nursery is looking for an experienced Room Manager who has good knowledge of EYFS to join their fantastic team of Early Years Professionals.
This is a great opportunity for a Room Leader looking to progress and take the next step in their career or an experienced Room Manager looking to join a Nursery who can provide opportunities to progress in the future!
The Room Leader vacancy is situated in the Pre-School Room, relevant experience working with the Pre-school age is a MUST. In the room, you will be looking after up to 6 members of staff and up to 25 children. This is a great opportunity to further your career in childcare and gain vital experience.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or above (MUST)
• Have experience working with children (Pre-school is a MUST)
• Knowledge and understanding of the safeguarding children obligations
• Approachable and caring with a passion for working with children as a Room Leader/Room Manager
